At Hog Creek Hat Co., we stand behind the quality of every hat that leaves our shop.

If your hat arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship, or if an issue related to our production process develops during normal use, please contact us at support@hogcreekhats.com. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Our quality guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused after delivery.

Because our leather patches are made from natural Hermann Oak Grade A tooling leather, slight variations in grain, color, and tone are expected and are not considered defects.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order information along with photos of the problem when applicable.
